I am an individual who sells self defense products, Primarily Stun Guns. Stun guns are non leathel self defense weapons. There are appox. 130 simular products to the type product I sell On eBay which are considered Stun Devices. However eBay has choosen to accuse me of violating there rules concerning the sale of firearms and cancel4ed my posting. Emailed my Bidders that I was selling a prohibited weapon and was in violation of Firearm regulations.
I do not sell or advertise any product related to or concidered a Firearm, In no way have I violated the eBay rules on the sale of Stun Guns, I have not violated any Trade Mark infringements, or any Copy Right infringements. However eBay has violated there own rules of allowing advertisers to advertise and sell, Leathel weapons, such as Cross Bows (Over (300 Deadly Cross Bows posted) Some with 180 lb per sq.inch of force potential. Which is the equivalet to a 45 cal. Hand gun and a 30/30 Winchester Rifel. Also eBay allows The sale of HIGHPOWERED SLING SHOTS with the Killing Power of a 22 cal rifle, not to mention Air Soft Guns, Which my son has been able to modify, in a matter of 1 Hour he was able to convert one into a Deadly FireArm.
