This company's web site offered good customer service, guarantees, good products. Beware. I bought from them many months ago and returned leaking and defective inkjet carts for my HP printer. I've made many many emails, faxes, telephone calls to this company and they sent out an email saying they will take care of you. You will not be taken care of. I've since sent letter to the California Attorney General's office. Everything this company states on their web site is a lie. Do not buy from this company.
