I ordered a Gigabyte GA-K8U-939 i recived it and realised that it was agp and not pci-e. I sent it back thinking that this would be an easy fix but they called me today and said it was missing cables and such from the package. I told him that everything i recived is what i sent back. I tried to tell him this 3 times but he started humming and doing other things. And this was the manager.
I had already spoke with the first level guy who proceded to yell at me and tell me i was not helping my "situation" at all. I am in college and at this point i want nothing to do with the company but it seems since it was missing things from the packaging they dont want to refund my money. He said it was going to have to be investigated for fraud or something.
Anyone reading this I would appreciate any help you can offer as this is a lot of money for me at this time.
