Ripoff fraudulent business practices bait and switch poor customer care

Spent a lot of money UP FRONT to implement their satellite broadband service for my business and was VERY specific about owning my own URL's and needing the ability to receive and forward email using these various URL's. Recently I've noticed that emails send containing larger attachments were timing out.in one case where I thought I was unable to get some necessary documentation to a business associate, he called and said he'd received it 8 times. Today again I was having similar problems sending. I called HughesNet and was informed that they will no longer be forwarding email and that I would need to use HughesNet email address. This represents a problem for my ability to do business and reflects poorly on me and my company. I am interested in any Class Action suit or other action against this service provider. As an aside HughesNet recently started offering an upgrade to newer modem hardware (my unit is less than a year old) and I've notice other changes in performance
