I ordered a item for my son on Aug 27. After the 10 days I contacted the company by phone, always had to leave a message with no return call. So I emailed them and got some kind of email that stated the credit card machine was broken and holding the refunds. Stated that I need to go to my credit card company to dispute the charges. I could not do that because I went online and entered the order myself. I just want my $80 refunded and to let people know DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
