I do not remember having accessed the AP9 PassportToFun website or availed of any of their services. I am wondering why in the hell they are charging me 19.95 Dollars! From what I know, an explicit yes or an overt approval on my part is necessary before a transaction or sale can be concluded between two parties. I am sure I did not do such.
The actions and methods of AP9 PassportToFun of soliciting business appear highly unethical, irregular and seemingly illegal. I am still wondering how they got my credit card info although I did avail of the services of Vista Print, which some complainants think could be the possible source of leaked credit card info.
