I ordered business cards from vista prints and today I noticed a $14.95 charged to my credit card from business max. I called the number listed to find out what the charge was. They told me I had enrolled in a plan where every month 14.95 would come out of my debit account. I did not do any survey or give them permission to do this. I told them to cancell it because I never entered any agreement with them.

While on the phone, I could hear other operators explaining the same thing to other people who had called in with the same problem. They agreed to cancell the membership, but would not refund my 14.95 they took out of my account. Do you realize how many people would never catch this and they are probably making millons a year, because people don't check their bank accounts.
