I've ordered Frownies from homepeels for about 3 years, and never before had a problem. But on May 2, I placed an order for 2 boxes. My credit card was immediately charged. I received an email saying I'd get my order in about 10 days, and was given a FedEx tracking number.
After 20 days, I started contacting the company by email when I hadn't received my order and the tracking information never indicated that the package was sent. I have repeatedly written. I've always gotten an automated response but only three times have I gotten an actual response - twice to say they were temporarily out of stock and were sorry.
On June 30, in response to an email, I was informed that they would reimburse my money, but that a shipment was expected "on Tuesday, " and they could fill my order after that. Tuesday of course, was July 4th - a federal holiday. I requested reimbursement.
I've written 3 times since then and asked for confirmation that I was being reimbursed. I've never heard from them again. My latest bank statement shows I have not been reimbursed.
I'm reporting this wherever I can.
