We have been charged $51.40 for 2 months for what their rep says is a membership and a book on e-bay selling - which we did not order and never received. Talked with representative and he says charge was only $49.95 even though our statements says $49.95 twice. He also said repeatedly that we were not being charged $51.40 and kept trying to get me to say that $49.95 was the charge which I was unaware of any charges being made.
