Internet hacker, made a fake website to steal peoples money ripoff Internet

This person hacked into my computer a couple of months ago and bought all kinds of stuff via online with my card. I got a bill in the mail for opening a domain name and server which I did not do. It is www.practical-s-southern.net. It looks legitimate but it was paid for by a theif to trick people into using their services.
