Devorah P Milner - Ebay ripoff dishonest and fruadulent. Took a money order for a product and never shipped. Will not respond to emails or phone calls. Ripoff

I made a transaction through EBay with Milners Notary. They wanted me to send them a money order for the product because I wanted it shipped directly to my customer.

The money order was cashed and my customer never received the product. Devorah Milner at Milner's Notary refuses to give me proof of delivery and will not even answer me back with a response.

I see on their EBay history that they have done this to several clients and I am reporting their actions so this stops.
