I like many others, thought I would try the 1.99 special in October. I didn't see anywhere on the web page to cancelle. So I neglected it. Two weeks later I was charged the 99.90 for three months supply.
I went on the net again and since leanlifepm.com came up I emailed there customer care service on November 14, and December 5. I did not receive a confirmation and let it pass thinking this is how they worked it. Well they worked it all right.
On April 23rd when I had just received my credit card statement I noticed that on February 22nd, I was charged another 99.90 and had not received the product. On March 17, I was also charged for E-curves I called them and they told me that this was on there webpage as an automatic charge. I immediately called them to find out what the hell was going on. They told me I didn't cancelle by phone so it was not received and all that jazz. But here is the kicker, while I called to cancelle and complain about the other charge they charged me again for another three months supply.
Something has got to be done about this company.
