I attempted to return the Better Trades program immediately after I watched the first DVD. I finally got a return Authorization Number by phone (which is required, as well as the needed address for the return, since absolutely no address is printed on their contract or shown on their website). I called many times after returning the program, but no credit was made to my account for $2,995. I finally was able to get through and they said that they hadn't been able to credit the account because the account number they were trying to credit wasn't the correct one. I asked for the number they were using, and both the first and the last digit of my credit card number were off by one digit. How convenient!!! They were able to DEBIT my account to get paid, but not to CREDIT my account to refund my money. Why didn't they pick up the phone and call me, since we had had several conversations and they knew that I was watching this carefully. My account was finally credited.
