Ripoff, fraudulent billing never received order company changed phone number and name

I placed an order with sneakerstreet.com in Feb. First I called sneakerstreet just to make sure they shipped to Canada andthe were legit. It is now April still no shoes they have disconected their number and changed the name of their company to allthehotkicks.com.
