I have cancelled my use of netzero for more than a year. First, it was difficult to locate their physical address. When I found one address, my letter was sent back to me because they do not use that old address anymore.
Netzero keeps on charging and getting my money from my credit card account. There seems to be no way I could avail of help to stop netzero from charging my credit card account for a service I have not used for more than a year. Please help.
