In September I attended a Pacific WebWorks, or TradeWorks Marketing seminar. I purchased the "full package" for a total of $2,985. This package was supposed to include Ebay Auction Software, Exec Webtools Upgrade, Exec Website with graphic designer, US Merchant Systems account, and a 3 year TradeWorks product club membership.
What a great deal, I thought. Guess that's why they hurry you through their seminar and make you believe it's a "one day only" deal. They must not have wanted me to find out the negative things posted all over the web regarding their services.
Since I made the purchase I had moved out of state and was unable to get started right away. Just a few months ago I tried to get everything up and going, but all the services I paid for were never rendered. I contacted the company numerous times for them to give me either a refund or to atleast provide the services I already paid for.
I was solicited for the mentor program for another $6000. I believe these people committed fraud against those who attended their seminar. They have yet to provide any of the above mentioned items and/or services I paid them for, and won't talk to me regarding a refund.
If anyone chooses to file a class action lawsuit against this company I would gratefully be involved. I would like to try to recoop atleast some of the $2,985 that I paid them for services they never provided.
