Somebody used my account (e-bay) and bid on things that I did not ok, then had my paypal account pay for them. When I asked PAYPAL for help, they told me I did not have enough to file a claim, how long am I spose to wait~Until someone cleans out my whole account??? Beware, They do not care about helping the little guy.
