I am Jimmy, I was debited out of my account, $29.95 instead of the price they told me, they said (only $5.47 for the first three months, than $ 10.95 unlimited Internet Access!) this is on the information, on the paper to get connected to the Internet now. I emailed them, and asked why so much, the first debit on my account was $29.95,? And that's not what you said, I still had no responce to my email, why is this so much? I asked for an break down on what the charges were for? Still no responce. I tried to get online with the the information they gave me, my login was wrong, my password was wrong, why? They sent me this information package with the wrong spelling of my last, even that was wrong, what else lies beneath this company, more misstakes, or they lies, how can I trust them, they didden't get my account number wrong, that was debit, but the wrong amount was taken. What else are they going to take me for? Now I feel that I have been taken for an fool, well word of mounth can be real loud when I send this story to everone online. Now who is the fool. J.E.D.
