Daniel Holt is the webmaster for the Virgos fansite virgos.cc. This site featured a paypal-mediated webstore wherein fans could purchase items from an assortment of cds, apparell and other merchandise. Mr. Holt advertised having several copies of an out-of-print cd. About twenty people sent him payment for said cds. He in turn never shipped them. During this time, many people ordered other items such as cds and tshirts, none of which were shipped.
After this incident, Mr. Holt rendered himself completely unavailable for personal contact. He stopped responding to emails and phone calls. He never offered any explanation or refund. I warn you, Mister Holt, you have tangled with the wrong woman:)
Seriously, though. Refund, yo.
