Service does not work, I asked for money back and no answer Ripoff Internet

I paid for this service but after getting it, it was so complicated that I could not understand it or make it work.

I e mailed them several times asking for help and got no answer.

I then e mailed them and said that the program was too "technical" for me and asked for a refund. I got not answer.

I'm wished I had seen usacomplaints.com BEFORE I got involved with them.
