Ripoff liars and real dum as people bridge water

I bought a mfc3820cn on 10/01/04
it stoped woring in june
8 months after i got it so they replaced it with a used one that was in worse shape

I had to take it to be repaired on 11/04
around 4 months later now its down again
around 4 months after i had it in the shop call them take to this place to get it fixed we will pay well they will not pay so now i have to pay $50.00 to pick it up just to throw it in the trash you should know that they do not stand behind there product nor do they stand be hind there word they lie and the people who answer the phones have to be the dummest in the world they don't know how to help you all they know is what they read off the computer or out of a book i have had this used piece of sh_t they sent me only 9 months and it's trash
so buyer beware of brother i don't think that this is right
