I ordered a package from Breely, Crush and associates, LLC which is called CLEP test. According to the agreement their will be a 100 % money back guaranteed if I fail the test. I failed the test on March 13 and i emailed them the following day. They emailed me back and said to fax the results of the test and transaction which I did for several times. I emailed them back and asked them if they got my fax and they said that they did not receive my fax. I emailed them again and I asked for their address and if they have an 800 number to call and they did not response back. I emailed them today March 17 and They are uncooperative and did not email me back. I felt that they are playing with me or they don't want to return my money back.
