I visted a website named www.unlimitedmusicdoanload.com, the advertisement indicated that for $. 99 a month on a 2 year agreement that you would have unlimited download of your favorite music.
I filled out the requested forms for the trial version.
I never received a confirmation email or any other confirmations. My bank was hit on 2/7/06 for $59.95 and later on 2/13/06 for $99.95.
There were also deductions for Foreign tranfer fees in the amount of $1.29 and $1.99 on 2/13/06.
Calling the 800 number listed on my statement, I talked to a female who indicated that the trial was for seven days and I could have discountinued before that. I informed her that I received no email confirmation, user name and or a password. I informed her that this was illegal and that when she mentioned that all information was on the web site I informed her that it wasn't as I download all paged of their web site including ASP.
