To Whom It May Concern,
As of Febuary 15 I have joined to receive this service, obviously to make some extra money. I really wanted it to work, but unfortunately had been told on the phone that dial up would work for this program. I had been told I should have no problems with it should be a 1,2, 3, and I would be in NOT, Instead I have nothing but problems, technical errors, data errors, computer freezes up, cancellation of page, the Transfer of cut and pasting of items I wanted it the store just was not happening. I've had duplications of descriptions of items selected, Images just did'nt want to transfer from one page to another, or had gotten the wrong image. My partner who is fairly good with computers was having a lot of problems, a few worst than I had. Computer would freeze up pages not accepted or lost. It is a brand new computer I know there is no worms or viruses. Even had to shut off the computer to keep it from crashing, tried all the tricks in the book and then some to get this thing up including shutting down firewalls and pop up blockers and had minimal windows programs open to try and make this work, NOT HAPPENING! Thinking it would help with the transfer process. I've worked with a few of the techs after waiting 2-3 days for a response.By the time I'd get a hold of them I had figured out some of the stuff to work for dial up on my own but, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Images that were transferred could not be opened. Sometimes took too long just to get it to do anything. Very disappointed with the service and false advertisements of sales. They also have classes you can get into for the way of using the tools for their programs yeah right. Couldn't get into that either. Couldn't get on or into the class. Really very disappointed for this to have happened but I put the word out if you have dial up don't bother they are saying they are working on a program especially for dial up not gonna happen.
I have lost $150.00 so far as of March 2 I wonder how much more I have to loose before I get the refund. So business people beware be very aware. They [email protected] Please don't make me laugh. It does not exist. I was not happy to see the big red flag. Now I will know for the future. I can't believe this I thought It was a reputable company.
