I can't believe this. I have ordered shoes from shoe22.com and sent my payment on September 13 via PayPal and the money was received by Michael Tafankaji using my credit card. I contacted someone in regards to my shoes being the wrong size and sent them back, I have not received the proper size nor did I receive a refund of my money; and that was when I was station overseas serving my enlistment in the Air Force!
Here it is February 22 and I still have yet to receive and feedback from this company in regards to the emails I sent at least three times a day. I have been calling and writing and now that I have decided to start up the cause again, it seems that shoe22.com no longer exists online.
This is heartbreaking and it pisses me off that someone could do this. I have contacted my lawyer and hopefully can this this situation resolved. For a small amount of $74.98 it shouldn't be hard for them to refund, but it seems that they have a problem with being honest!
