This company is a scam. For a price, they offer "access to all the music and movie download programs available on the internet" and when i went to try these programs, none of them worked on my computer. The only programs that did manage to work on my computer was the adware that came into my system when i tried to download from this site.
They offer a five-day money back guarantee, if you're not satisfied with the site, but they never tell you how to cancel a subscription. When i go to e-mail them at customer service, the e-mail address does not exist ([email protected]).
Another money back guarantee they offer is that if they do not reply or answer your questions within one e-mail, they give you your money back. I've e-mailed them maybe 15-20 times, and have only gotten one message which was not related to the topics i was concerned about (mainly the refund or money back guarantee).
I paid for a lifetime subscription, so i don't know if they are just going to keep on billing me each month—when none of their services actually work—but i'll find out on my next credit card statement.
These guys are bullshit, and they need to get a real job instead of scamming people of their hard-earned money. Scam artists are the scum of the earth and they all deserve a slow and horrible death!!!
