This is a copy of the email I sent to your representative, This is a direction to cease all and any future credit card billings to my account as your product is defective as well as your staff it seems. This is the second billing after the initial request to cancel the replacement heads as you would not stand by the warranty of your product. Bill me one more time and legal avenues will be pursued.

Dear Robert;

We ordered a cybersonic toothbrush in xmas of received the toothbrush the second week of Jan. The toothbrush broke the second week of Jan. I contacted the company but gee they won't warranty this wonderfull toothbrush. But they will continue to bill our credit card for the toothbrush replacement heads we can't use.

While on hold with cybersonic I had to laugh at your prerecorded voice telling all how much you appreciated our business and that our satisfaction was important. I am here to tell you that we are not satisfied and after writing the corporation were not important enough for a return response. What can you tell me now... Do you stand behind your endorsement or are you just as phony as the company you represent.

To Whom It May Concern:

I purchased the Cybersonic toothbrush for my wife Dawn, December 13th. The delivery was not made until the second or third week January as it was a late christmas present to her as I remember. Four or five days ago the toothbrush quit
working. Now I couldn't tell you if it is the base or the stand but the brush won't activate.

My wife spoke with Sloan Adrian Day in regards to the warranty and was told that the warranty period had ended. I disagree and say you are not honoring the one year warranty. I must express at this time that if you feel by not honoring the warranty of your product makes for good business, I will disagree. If the good name of your firm rests upon days, then I will do my part to have others be aware of your policy as well.

At this point to spend a hundred dollars on a toothbush, plus the additional twenty dollars in replacement free quarterly toothbushes (that technically could be sent all at
once, one time a year for probably less in actual postage, what a scam that is). This product cost me roughly $10.56 a month. The performance of the product was satisfactory, while the cost is unreasonable in the end.

If you choose not to honor your warranty and provide me with a new product, (as stated by your customer service representatives) I ask that you remove and credit the December
18th toothbrushes from my credit card statememt and I will return the unopened replacement toothbrushes. Cease and desist from future charges. I had in past spoken highly of this product to friends and associates. Your reponse will direct me as to how I should recommend your product to potential future or current customers.
