Ripoff Stormpay stole my account balance, claiming chargeback to 12dailypro.com

Stormpay.com, an e-bay wanna be online auction company and electronic payment processor has once again embroiled itself in controversy (check Tennessee BBB to see dozens of complaints) by freezing and/or zeroing the account balances of its customers and clients. Personally, I was robbed of $38.51; others (including 12dailypro) have had thousands of dollars "frozen". No explanation has been offered, and my refund request has been ignored. The line item explanation in my account history is listed as a "chargeback". My sin was doing business with 12dailypro.

Steven Girsky, CEO and owner of Stormpay.com, as well as NetIBA.com, is an attorney and partner in the Clarksville, Tennessee law firm of Batson, Nolan, Brice, Williamson & Girsky. Mr. Girsky asserts that 12dailypro and other "autosurf" websites are ponzi and/or pyramid schemes operating illegally. Even if that is true, how can Mr. Girsky legally take MY money? I did business with 12dailypro which was facilitated by his company, Stormpay. He claims to have "charged back" my entire remaining account balance to 12dailypro.

My question is this: WHERE IS THE MONEY? It originally left my bank account as a portion of $500 and went to Stormpay (Girsky) who joyfully accepted it. They were to be my payment processor. I paid their fee. WHO HAS THE MONEY, NOW? Why would they intentionally give it to someone else (claiming "chargeback" to 12dailypro) without consulting the owner of the account? Now 12dailypro has effectively been put out of business. Mr. Girsky knows that they have problems. To what extent is he actually responsible for their problems? Did he send my money to them to help them out? I doubt it. Where is it?

According to 12dailypro, they had some 300,000 members and 75% of them used Stormpay as their payment processor. That's 225,000 people. How many of those had their accounts ARBITRARILY ZEROED by Mr. Girsky? How foolishly we profit so handsomely, Mr. Girsky.in any crowd of 225,000 people there will be found several who could benefit from anger management therapy to control their violent behavior. I hope Mr. Girsky hasn't "frozen" money from that many people.

I will pray for his and his family's safety and well being. After all, his family is probably completely innocent of the mistreatment of his Stormpay customers.
