Netflix rips consumers off by sending DVD's which are very poor quality and heavily damaged. I have receieved 5 consecutive DVD's which are totally scratched and worthless. This is a big rip-off, because in the time it takes to send the DVD back and get a new one, more time has progressed. This is time in which you could have gotten another DVD.instead, you are paying for nothing.netflix offers very poor customer service and deserves to be out of business. Even though sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
