Their site pops up and the only way to get it off is to turn off computer. It says that I downloaded on 1/4 and my 3 day trial is up and I am obligated to pay. Then they say if I do not pay it will hurt my credit. (I did not download) Today is 1/14 and the message is still the same.
This is a business computer and sometimes I am in the middle of something and the site pops up and I have to turn the computer off to get it off and I have to start doing what I was doing all over.
