Offered Rebate on EPSON Multifunction Machine did not follow through Ripoff

A good friend of mine who is a local Attorney, purchased a new PC and EPSON CX4600 from Tigerdirect.com. I helped him set both item's up and was very impressed with the EPSON Multifunction.

So impressed that when I got home I called Tigerdirect and place and order with a telephone salesman named Paul Fanelli extension 5891. Mr. Fanelli, offered me a $50.00 rebate if I purchased any other catalog item. That was really great!

I received the EPSON a few days later, and set it up, then I went to TigerDirect's web site to print out the rebate form and discovered the rebate on the website were only if you purchased a PC, or and digital camera above 3.1 megapixels.

I have sent several emails to TigerDirect, made many phone calls to Mr. Fanelli, and left voice mail, with nor return calls or responses to my email's
