I too am having the same problem. They're telling me I owe them $59.91. For "internet services". Hah! So I called the Atty's General Office. They say this happens all the time. Simply go your state's AG website and file a complaint. Not that it will help. As far as I can tell, they have no legal recourse, because they never send your name on to a Collection Company, so their main aim in life is to drive you insane with phone calls every 20 minutes or so. My goal is to drive them crazy by tying up their phone line, and wasting their time. So far I'm having lots of fun. My favorite is to play "my give a damn's busted" after they answer. The phone company says I can block their number, but I haven't gotten around to that yet. The FCC has already fined them for other offenses. Sure slowed 'em down I see. Anyway, my opinion is that I'm not responsible for pop up that "accidently" download themselves, so they can call all they want.
