Movieland - digital Enterprises ripoff charging money dishonest by binding contract with you, show IP

I just tell you what happen. Somebody used my computer and enter in a website that took to movieland download program. This person doesn't speak english and if you download the program you enter into binding contract even whitout your information they take your show ip adress. So if you didn't download the program they make you responsible, even if is a minor.
