IMG took our $7500.00 knowing full well that they were in trouble and unable to support us with any customer service.
We were never able to get a live person using their phone #.
Always had to leave a message.
Wer tried to get at least some of our money back after trying to make the program work to no avail.
They put us through a dog and pony show and then refused to give us any money back.
Richard Wells was nasty and threatening on the phone.
Would love to be involved in the class action suit if there is one. Could really use that money! We borrowed it to buy the program.
