I called the indicated number on quicksites. Sophea.com/packages.htm and spoke with a representative of the company, Debbie Chavez who coached me into purchasing before a certain date in order to get my website designed for $145.00. Since I needed 'flash' I was told it would be $185.00 for the package.
I was emailed the instructions on how to pay and utilize the system and told my personal designer would call me. A man by the name of Joey called to inform me that he and a team of designers would begin immediately designing my website based on my requests. According to Sophea.com you are able to view the progress of your website through a panel buyemployees.com/signin.php Needless to say, a week went by no call, no progress.
Week two, no calls, no progress. I attempted through email on several occasions to get a status. I was told someone will call - no call. I sent emails - no response. I have since turned it over to my Credit Card Company and hope to get my account reimbursed and the company investigated.
In retrospect, I should have performed a search to determine if the company is reputable. After paying my money and not receiving the goods, I looked closer at their site and found the posted website samples are phony, among other things.
Also found the company name that appeared on my credit card statement DBA: Infinology has an 'F' rating by the BBB with numerous unanswered complaints. The old saying applies here "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" BUYER BEWARE
