We ordered our system from this company after seeing it advertised on the television. That was our very first mistake, they said 2-4 weeks until we received our computer. The following day they charged our credit card over $2000.00, we received a scanner and monitor 2-3 weeks later, 5-6 weeks later we still have not received anything else, and noone from the VCS will not even call us back. They put you on hold for atleast 1 hour, then when they do talk to you they are very rude (but i probaly would be to if i was constantly getting yelled at by very angry customers, which i am sure they are), no one is ever able that is in charge, I personally dont think anyone is in charge. Almost 4 months have past i still do not have complete unit, they said 2 weeks ago that it would be here anyday now, I think that my anyday now has done past, they will not even credit my credit card for the remainding items i never received. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in PA, they are no longer receiving complaints for VCS, I have also filed through the Federal trade comm. And the Sect. Of state for PA. Says that this company is not even registered with the corporation bureau. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know what they are, I know i am not the only one to deal with this VCS.
