Premium Ink said I would not pay for shipping but they still charged it to my credit card, Ripoff

I purchased 6 ink cartridges from premium ink and they had a promotion (free shipping} with a special promotion number. When I received my credit card bill I noticed that they had charged for shipping I notified them and they said they would deduct the shipping charges from my next shippment. I did not use the cartridges because I got rid of my printer. I do not think I will be contacting premium for any cartridges I might need in the future
