Non reponsive company to emails or phone calls. Ripoff

On October 13th, I signed up and ordered AGS inventory Industries CD-ROMs on a monthly subscription that never came in through the mail. The monthly cost was $7.95

The whole time I was calling them and asking for a call back for help and answers in regards to the cds. Repeated phone calls went unanswered. At the time they were claiming to be going through corporate inventory restructeering and moving the warehouses through general email briefings to me when I had access to my account through the AGS servers. Around this time in October, I was shut out of my account permantely with no explaination of why.

I was billed again on November 12th and than again in December.

On December 12th, I complained to PayPal who was AGS Industries middleman for transactions at the time. They opened up an investigation and a short while later (1/14/05) informed me that AGS Industries was at fault. I was reimbursed only $7.95 from PayPal and was informed by them that that was all they could collect. No reimbursement from October or November.

On January 5th I canceled my AGS cd-rom subscription through PayPal for non delivery of goods.

At the time the person in charge was someone named Frank Wible whom I am assuming was the main guy in charge of several large AGS warehouses.

Previous personal use product orders were delivered pretty much on time before having these current difficulties with AGS.

At this point in my complaint story, the email below was my last attempt at trying to get a reply out of them. To no avail. Anyone else had a "hellish tooth pulling time" with this company?

This is my most recent email to them sent 5/30/05. No reply from them.

I have been waiting for several months (October to June) since last year by now to access my account with AGS Industries and all you have is a old splash screen telling the public that you should be open by Febuary.By the time you get this message it will be June. Time to update your AGS welcome screen. Furthermore I never was sent the CD ROMS that I had signed up for last year and I had to bit*, moan, and complain to your voice mail system asking for a reply back and for help that never came. I am still due $15.90 from AGS Industries for the CDS that I paid for last year.

PayPal had to open a full blown investigation on you guys on my behalf to see what the hell was happening to my money and I was only refunded $7.95 eventually. I have recieved zero replys from AGS and this crappy attitude and lack of good business ethics is amazing from your company. When I tried to call your toll free number, I was given 101027500 which a $5 directory access fee just to get help. Thanks for being so easy to reach.

One pissed off, unhappy customer.
