Did not send items I paid fo

I ordered 3 diecast cars, on ebay, from this guy and he hasn't sent them. I contacted him by email and he said he was going to send 1 car, but didn't. I have tried to call and email him, but now he won't answer. I had previousley purchased from this before and had no problem.
