Ripoff and NO money back guarantee

I bought from Harris Digital Publishing Group a Internet accelerator called "Turbo Surfer 3.0". They promisewd me a faster connection to internet and downloadings. And the thing is that neither my internet connection improved nor my downloadings. I tried to contact them three times in a row, but they never answered any of my emails. Their webpage does not have a customer service in which I can request a refund.
