The Greatest Vitamin In The World
Dishonest, Fraudulent Billing, Mis-representation, Lying to Clients, Not placing orders in a timely fashion, Ripoff

I agree with what the others in this report regarding The Greatest Vitamin in the World. This is a corrupt company with a misleading and corrupt business in general and I (we) can prove it, with my experiences and record keeping, and others who will testify on my behalf indicating their experiences. I was completely lied to, mislead, called upon numerous times to spend more money on their business, but more importantly, mistreated and promises were made to me that none were kept. They are definitely scamming people and basically stealing peoples money.

Their true business is not completely selling vitamins; they have a system, illegal business plan that is scamming thousands of people of money. I have personally experienced lack in timely responses, promises not kept by Steve Diazilo, (sp?), left numerous messages with Cliff, Stephanie and to April. April conned me into joining this company, and went into this mess with an honest conviction to sell these vitamins. I venture to say (we have phone records to prove it) that we have placed around thirty (30) calls to them in total, with a rare response. Normally, no response, and when Steve does respond, he is not truthful in what he is telling us. This too we can prove if need be. They are in sales to get your money, and don't forget it... Not in honest or timely responsiveness, and are not a viable company. There is no integrity at all. I have tried and tried, since February to work these people in order to suceed, with no avail. They truly are stealing our money and trying to hide behind their company. Don the co-founder does not take calls, nor does Doug Grant.

Their record keeping is also insufficient and wrong in general; I have clients who have proved to me that they ordered and paid for vitamins and did not receive them, more than three weeks past for a couple of orders with no vitamins. Steve promised me credits and that all of my money would be returned, that promise was also broken. He lied to my husband on the phone, and we can prove it. I feel embarassed and foolish and has caused a great deal of mental anguish to me on a daily basis in trying to deal with this company. I truly was scammed and can prove it.

They are also actually selling, television infomercial time, that I helped paid for, paying for website, guaranteed traffic, multi-level selling, etc. (see guaranteedtraffic.com). Very little of the company sales base has to do directly with the vitamin. I am willing to join others who need to file a class action suit against them, including but not limited to contacting an investigative team, thorough accounting investigations, FCC validation, etc. I also have a question: is this man, Don who is advertising this company on television... Has he been to jail? I heard that he has... Is this true? Anyone know? If so, that is of public record, and wonder why he was in jail? Was it due to another business scam? Why is he allowed to do this and to hurt innocent people financially and mentally?

I have been told things that are completely untrue. Why are they allowed to lie to the public? And, they want us to believe them, and they try to convince you what they promise is true.

It is illegal to what they are doing the public. We have learned more negativity about this companies practices, but waiting for the right time to share. They still have not refunded me all the money that was promised back to me months ago. You are right when you say... If it is too good to be true, it is too good to be true.in this case, they falsified many, many things to me. I am writing this so that others do not have to go through what I did. If I prevent even one person from suffering as I have, it will be well worth the time spent on this mess. They have done nothing positive, nor do they keep their promises to prove they are an honest practicing company. Their practices are extremely fraudulent in many aspects.
