I purchased medical billing software in 2000 form Medicor. At first, the company was helpful. However, weeks after purchasing, subsequent calls to Medicor resulted in long waitng periods or no answer at all.
The company promised to forward names of doctors in my area that needed medical billing assistance, but never did. I've since tried accessing help via their Website, but it's down.
I'm very disappointed that I have a software package that is useless without the support from the company.
