I was shocked to find out that my mortgage payment had been returned. So I went online to see what was wrong with my account.
I started to go over everything that came out of my account, just to make sure it was right. As I scrolled down, I found that a withdraw of $49.95 on 4/20/05 had been taken out.
I scrolled over more histroy and found that another one of $48.00 on 3/22/05 had been taken out. That's $97.95, almost a hundred dollars gone!!!
I found their phone number and gave them a call. They told me, I had signed up for their membership, which I did not. I told them to take me off of their membership list and to refund me my money.
Their told me, I had to give them a creditcard to due so. I said no! I told them to put it back in the way they took it out. They said I had to e-mail their Supervisor an ask if it could be done that way.
I live paycheck to paycheck. I never thought something like this could happen to someone poor like me. I don't have any money to steal from but I've been ripped off.
The number I have for them is 1-646-49-8107. I now have to close out my account and start a new one. What a pain. I hope this may help stop this scam from happening.
Thank you,
Stephanie
