Ripoff paid by credit card and can't access anything on their web site

We paid by credit card and were given an order no and membership no when we tried to access their site nothing happens.

We sent them emails and received no reply so consequently we could not get a refund within the 7 day time frame. Everyone be aware they are ripoffs.
