On January 22 I reponded to an e-mail add promising me a free lap top computer if I responded to six promotional offers. I received immediate credit for four of the offers on two pages of their website. However I have not recieved credit for two of my responses on the last page.
One of them was my purchase of a bottle of Longevity capsules from Urbn Nutrition, and other was my purchase of a subscription of USA Today from Best magazines Direct. I have contacted both of these companies repeatedly, and they have assured me that my pruchases have been reported to consumer incentive promotions. One customer service person informed me that Consumer Incentive Promotions is informed immediately though their website, wen a pruchase is made. I have sent repeated e-mails to CIP but I have yet to receive a response.
I have read what other people have done in repsonse to this ripoff: I have called 8663798612, and reached a voice mail box in which I left a message but haven't received a response: and sent an e-mail to [email protected], but I haven't received a reply from this e-mail either.
