I wanted to post this on usacomplaints.com because I am so angry at the fact that I ordered their product and found out it was not Mac compatible. I have a home office and use both PC and Mac computers systems. I primarily do graphic work and perfer to use my Mac machine. Anyway, I received the product and could only use this on my PC. This is not right. Please email Video Professor and have them create all their lessons in Mac format. They cannot discriminate Mac users, please help me.
I found the web site for the Founder and CEO of Video professor at http://www.johnwscherer.com and www.videoprofessor.com. Both of these sites will give you an email address and phone number to ask them to create these lessons.
I need your help to let them know they have to be aware of all their customers needs both PC and Mac. Mac users will not be silenced.
