Ive got a problem with unwanted stuff showing up on my computer screen. I call AOL and to make a long story short, they give me three different answers to the same question. They even had me download a "McAfee Virus Scan" which I couldn't open. It took 1'15" and they had me do it twice.
THEN they tell me I have to call McAfee to get them to open it, ah yes a toll call. After being on hold for 35" minutes, I hung up. AOL used to have an e-mail to their headquarters but thats gone. You phone them and you hear, " Im sorry, we are busy now, please call back later."
There has to be a better way and a better service. They take your money and if you have problems, lots of luck. Ive tried 888-346-3704 & 800-827-6364 & 888-265-8006 & 888-265-0005 & 800-307-7969. What a rip off!
