Infcorrect product shipped, unable to return

Wrong item was shipped. When I called to return the product, I could not get ahold of anyone. It was the week before Christmas, so I waited until the week after to call again. Once I finally got ahold of someone (on the phone), I explained that they sent the wrong motherboard. I couldn't understand what the person on the other end said, so I asked them to repeat themselves.

Whatever they repeated was also beyond my comprehension. I said "Thanks" and hung up. I then logged onto their web site and filled out the web form to request an RMA number. I never received one. I've also sent emails to sales@ and service@; both without responses.
I decided to use the motherboard that they shipped. I ordered that Abit AV8 3rd Eye edition, and they sent the regular AV8. The only difference is that the uGuru clock is included with the 3rd eye edition. Now, after swapping out every other part, I have discovered that the motherboard is defective.

At this point, I'm just going to eat the $138 and buy an MSI board from a retailer that I have done business with in the past. The only reason I didn't order it from them in the first place was because they didn't have it in stock.
