In good faith, I purchased this software. The only way it could be downloaded was if I provided them with my systems security password. They claim to be available 24 hours for customer service however the guys at the other end of the line can not help you. Their advice was to "take it up with your bank". They would not give me a telephone number to reach Tronix Software who they claim are the only people that can give me a credit. We have sent 2 emails via the Tronix site regarding this scam and they do not respond.
