I won a Pandigital Photo Album. I received the product in soon after. I never opened it until today 08/29 to give as a gift and guess what. It is a refurbished item. Their FAQ states everything is new. It is not. Then I won a Kindle I never got that so I had to involve the BBB to get my money back for that. These people are lowest of low.
